Temporary URL
When a new website is created, often times the
domain name will not be pointed to our servers. As such you would not be
able to type it into a browser to see your website until this step had
been completed.
To see your website before your domain has been pointed (prepropagation support) you could create a Temporary URL.
To create a Temporary URL:
- Login to the Control Panel
- Click Domains and select a domain
- Click Advanced Domain Options icon
- Click Temporary URL icon
- Click Install
- Note the URL.
You can use this URL to display your website until it has been pointed to our servers.
