How do I add/update my credit card information?
You can update your credit card information like this:
- Login to your control panel.
- Click the Billing Icon.
- Click the Manage Credit Cards icon.
- Select a card or click Add New and follow the onscreen instructions.
- U.S. customers can disregard the "Valid From "expiration date.
- Check or uncheck Default Card Option.*
- Click Save.
* By
checking the default card option means that this card will be used for
automatic recurring payments based on your payment schedule. If you
uncheck the box, this card will not be automatically debited each month
and you will either need to manually make an online payment or send in
a check. While you may have as many credit cards on your account as you
would like only one may be set as the default. If no cards are set as
default- your credit card will NOT be charged automatically.
