Resetting Database Username or Passwords
The password for a MS SQL or MYSQL database
can be reset from the Control Panel. A MS Access Database doesn't not
have a username or password to login.
Likewise, you can add a new username and password.
- Login to the Control Panel.
- Click Domains >> Select the Domain you wish to edit.
- Click the Databases Manager Icon >> Select Database.
To update a password:
- Click on the database username at the bottom.
- Update password >> Click Save.
To Add a New User:
- Click Add User
- Enter username and password (one word).
- Save
WARNING: Be careful, if the username or password doesn't match your
website application, you could break the website. Check with your web
developer first.
