Email Settings POP3 / IMAP
These are the settings you will need to configure your email client. e.g. MS Outlook, MAC Mail. Regardless of your email client, the following settings will apply. Replace Your_Domain_Name.com with your actual domain name. Your domain name must be pointed to our servers for these settings to work.

POP3 (Incoming): mail.your_domain_name.com
SMTP (Outgoing): mail.your_domain_name.com

Username/Accout Name: user_name@your_domain_name.com or user_name%your_domain_name.com ** See below
Password: The password you created when setting up your email account.

Use Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Unchecked/No
Use SMTP Authentication: Yes / Use same settings as incoming mail server.

* We require SMTP Authentication! This is the number one support question we receive. Be sure to check the box for *SMTP Authentication* and "Use the same settings as your POP server". Your ISP may require that you send mail through their SMTP or outgoing mail server. Plase contact them directly for the proper settings if this is the case. e.g. Cox, Earthlink, SBC/Yahoo ect..

** You may use a @ or % sign. Some email clients will strip off the @ sign thinking you made a mistake. This is why we suggesting using the % sign instead.

POP3 Port: 110
SMTP Port: 25 (Alternate port 225)
IMAP Port: 143
