Editing FTP Accounts
At some point you may need to update your FTP
account with a new password or to change the permissions. We recommend
changing FTP account usernames/passwords when you have a staff change
or your account is more than a year old.
To update your FTP Account(s):
- Login to your Control Panel.
- Click on Domains >> (click on the appropriate domain)
- Form the Domain Main Menu >> click FTP Accounts.
- From the list, click on the FTP username you are trying to use.
- Enter a new password and confirm that password.
- Chnage permissions if necessary.
- Click Save.
