How to add an IMAP email account in MS Outlook 2003
To add an IMAP email account in Microsoft Outlook 2003:
- Select Tools from the main menu.
- Select Email Accounts.
- Select Add a New Email Account >> Next
- Check IMAP >> Next
- Enter your email settings. See: Email Settings.
- Click on More Settings.
- Choose the Outgoing tab.
- Check My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires Authentication and Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
- Click Ok >> Next >> Finish
