How do I enable SSL?
Shared Web Hosting customers can use either a shared SSL certificate or a private SSL certificate. Dedicated and Colocated customers will need to use a private SSL certificate.

You can enable shared SSL:
  1. Login to the Control Panel.
  2. Click on Domains >> Select the domain you want edit.
  3. Click on SSL.
  4. Click install.
After installing the certificate, it will give you a a URL to use to reference a page in SSL. This URL points to the "wwwroot: directory of your website and is the same location as "www.your-domain.ext."

To enable a private SSL certificate:
  1. Send the following information to techsupport@oochie.com
    1. The actual domain you want secured. e.g. "www.your-domain.ext"
    2. The name of the business who owns the domain.
    3. The complete address of the domain.
  2. There is an additional fee for this service. We will contact you with the details of the certificate and costs.
