If you are receiving an error "Account has been suspended or canceled"
while logging into HELM Control Panel, most likely you have a past due
payment over 30 days and your account has been automatically suspended.
Please email us your HELM user id for the account to be activated
again. If we activate your account and you don't make a payment the
same day, your account will be suspended again at 3 AM (Mountain
Standard Time) the following day.
